Like with many things, we do it differently. Older broadband companies deliver broadband down a phone line. We turn this on its head and provide a phone service that is over your Boundless broadband service.
Now for the tech jargon...
To give you the very best service and price, Boundless uses the latest Voice over IP (VoIP) technology for its phone service. From a customer use point of view a VoIP phone service works exactly like the traditional landline, but the phone (or base station in the case of cordless phones) connects to your broadband router. We can either supply you with a new phone or an adapter if you want to keep your existing one.You can also keep your existing phone number.
